Maintenance Assistant
Chateau at Bothell Landing and Chateau at Valley Center seek a Maintenance Assistant for our Retirement/Assisted Living Communities in Bothell and Renton.
This position requires employee to travel 2-3 days a week (must have reliable transportation) to our Bothell and Renton locations.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Apartment Turnovers
• Work Order System
• Schedule and Paint Common Areas
• Systems
