Human Resources Director

Summary: The Human Resources Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The Human Resources Director manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The Human Resources Director carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting and staffing, performance management, compensation/benefits, compliance, Employee Relations/communication and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
