Executive Director

Chateau Retirement Communities seeks Executive Director for Chateau at Valley Center.  Opened in 2005, Chateau at Valley Center is a successful, highly respected community serving over 150 independent, assisted living and memory care residents on the campus of Valley Medical Center in Renton.

Qualified applicants for Executive Director should have demonstrated leadership acumen, skills and ability to manage all aspects of operations for a community with over 50 employees.  Direct reports include departmental function heads for all aspects of hospitality and care, including culinary, assisted living, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, human resources, concierge and general administration.  While direct industry experience is helpful, it is not required.  This is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience in hotel or hospitality administration, or for qualified manager seeking a change of pace and environment.  Demonstrated ability to help build, track and report-out on operating budgets is essential.  Superb customer service and customer interface abilities required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
