Assisted Living Director
South King County’s premier retirement community seeks qualified RN to oversee our assisted living program, which provides quality, thoughtful care services to approximately 55 residents. Escape the high-stress of hospital or healthcare nursing, while retaining the career challenge and personal satisfaction of improving seniors’ quality of life in an elegant, residential setting.
Qualified candidates must have experience managing, mentoring and training a staff of care professionals; an empathetic and professional demeanor; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; finely tuned assessment skills; effective time management and organizational skills and a solid understanding of regulatory guidelines. Minimum one year assisted living or community based healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
